We warmly invite the Adereth El community to join the Shoretz family in commemorating the 4th Yahrzeit of their beloved daughter, Rochelle “Rochie” Shoretz A”H this Shabbat, June 15th, for Kiddush at 11:30AM.

Rochie was the Founder and Executive Director of Sharsheret, supporting young Jewish women with breast cancer, and was a law clerk in the United States Supreme Court for Ruth Bader Ginsburg, amongst other notable achievements. Rochie succumbed to her own battle with breast cancer in 2015, at the age of 42.

Join us in celebrating her life and memory, and in recognizing the incredible work that her organization, Sharsheret, continues to do today.
